We are currently developing an innovative digital educational game as part of the WeNEETlabs project. The game comprises six modules, each of which focuses on a different aspect of entrepreneurship and skills development.
The Module 4, by @The Square Dot Team, is designed to equip learners with effective communication techniques, cultivate self-awareness and emotional regulation skills, and nurture their leadership and management abilities.
The module will include:
🗣️ Effective Communication: Learners will explore the key components of effective communication, including verbal and non-verbal skills, active listening, empathy, and adaptability to different communication styles. They will discover strategies to improve their communication skills and practice clear and concise communication.
🧠 Emotional Intelligence: Learners will dive into the world of emotional intelligence (EI) and develop skills such as self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, and relationship management. They will cultivate mindfulness, practice emotional regulation techniques, enhance empathy, improve social skills, and embrace continuous learning and growth.
🤝 Collaboration Skills: Learners will discover the importance of collaboration and gain strategies for effective teamwork. They will engage in activities encouraging reflection on personal experiences and applying collaboration techniques to accomplish tasks.
By the end of this module, learners will be able to:
🔸 Communicate effectively through verbal, non-verbal, and written means, adjusting their communication style to suit different audiences.
🔸 Recognise and manage their own emotions while empathising with others’ feelings to build rapport and trust.
🔸 Collaborate with peers to accomplish tasks, leveraging diverse perspectives and skills within the team.
