Last week we were part of the kickoff of the erasmusplus project Creatives Academy, lead by Social Enterprise International Ltd from the UK with partners from Belgium, Serbia and Greece
What is this project about?
Creatives Academy is an answer to the strong need to enhance the development of entrepreneurial and creative skills of younger generations to stimulate innovation. The project will bring together students, teacher and creative professionals through creating an educational programme that raises awareness of professions in the creative and cultural sector and the entrepreneurial skills that are needed to work in it
What are the projects goals?
? Empowering secondary school students to become the creative professionals of the future and contribute to resilient recovery in the CCS by sharpening their creative and entrepreneurial skills
? Providing students with high quality encounters with creative professionals to provide information and mentoring on industry knowledge and transversal entrepreneurial thinking and skills
? Helping schools and educators develop the knowledge and confidence for embedding these practices in their educational setting
