Individuals in peripheral areas who fear income losses and reduced purchasing power can be less supportive of climate change policies, as they are more vulnerable.
With the #YouProClima project we want to address this problem, support awareness-raising (among youth and their communities) about the green transition, environmental and climate-change challenges and enable behavioral changes for individual preferences, consumption habits and lifestyles.
We will do it focusing on youth participation in climate action specifically, but not only, in peripheral areas, promoting capacity building for youth and youth organizations and enlarging the space where young people can participate.
The toolkit we are working on and that will be released soon will provide materials, information and guidelines for taking action with your organization or with your friends.
