Elissavet Lykogianni, PhD, is the Founding Partner and Managing Director of The Square Dot team. Elissavet has extensive expertise in the policy domains of Research & Innovation, Digital Market and Employment, Skills, Migration, Education and Social Affairs. With her research background (PhD in Applied Economics), she has led numerous projects in the areas of Migration and Inclusion, as well as studies in the areas of Employment, Education and Skills, Cultural Heritage, Digital policies, R&D and Innovation policies.
Elissavet speaks fluently English, Dutch and Greek and understand French at intermediate level.
Lilia Block is Research and Communications manager at The Square Dot Team. With long experience in Online Marketing and Digital Advertising, Lilia leads our team in several projects in the area of Project branding and dissemination.
With a degree in International Culture & Business Studies, she currently leads projects related to social policy in the EU including improvement of School education, digital education for VET trainings, awareness raising for the climate change, cultural heritage and entrepreneurship.
Lilia speaks fluently English, German as well as Dutch and Russian at intermediate level.
Martina Campajola works in projects that address societal inequalities in the fields of migration, social integration, education and employment. She is currently working in the areas of migrant entrepreneurship, guidance at school, and the cultural sector.
Prior to working at The Square Dot team, Martina has worked in the Social Policies Unit at Eurofound, where she analysed trends, impacts and consequences for different population groups in light of economic conditions, employment, health, and social affairs, handling a large amount of data and where she participated in the implementation of the Eurofound e-survey on Living, working and Covid-19.
Martina speaks fluently English, French and Italian.
Linda Valkó is Research Manager at The Square Dot Team. She works on projects addressing societal challenges in the fields of inter alia climate action, the creative and cultural industries, and cultural heritage.
Prior to joining The Square Dot Team, Linda worked in the information service of the European Commission, advising citizens and organisations on all EU policies. With a background in languages, communication and International Relations, specialising in human rights, migration policy and sustainability, she also worked at the European Commission, the Council of Europe, the Dutch ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Authority for Consumers and Markets in The Hague.
Linda speaks fluent English, Dutch and Hungarian as well as French and German at intermediate level.
