Within the CommUnity project, entrepreneurs and the project partners collaborated to create Business Welfare Plans to do exactly that.
These plans:
- Identify local challenges (inclusion, jobs, well-being)
- Define concrete actions businesses can take
- Integrate sustainability and social impact
- Include simple indicators to measure results
Practical, local, and action-oriented.
Because impact should be part of the business model – not an afterthought. Together we are stronger!
